This is us!

We are Esther Greenwood and James Gage. Between us we have worked within the recruitment and employment industry for around 50 years, placing thousands of people into work. We have recently qualified as mental health first aiders. We have pooled our knowledge to support people who are entering the workforce, have been made redundant, looking to change their careers or develop themselves further. Alongside our employability courses, we have teamed up with well-being experts who have shared tips and techniques to support you with your mental health and your finances. Community Catapult CIC has been established as a not for profit to support people into the work place.

Our aim is to support people into work. Whether recent education leavers, long-term unemployed, leaving prison or those recently made redundant, we will help improve their chances of securing work and to go on to reap the long-term benefits of employment and career growth
